Virtual Assistant & Social Media Manager fixed price

I'm looking for a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant & Social Media Manager to join me in managing the behind-the-scenes tasks in my business so I can focus on delivering high-value content and transformation to my clients. The ideal candidate will be able to manage scheduling, content repurposing, landing page design and podcast production. Familiarity with mindset coaching or personal development industries is a plus!

Key Skills Required:

• Ability to repurpose content creatively across platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Email etc.).
• Excellent organisational skills for scheduling emails, content, and podcast episodes.
• Podcast editing and SEO-friendly show note creation.
• Familiarity with tools like Kajabi, Canva, Later/Buffer
• A good eye for design and a high attention to detail
• Self-motivated with an ability to work independently
• Great communication skills and able to meet deadlines to everything runs smoothly!

Salary negotiable based upon experience and skills
