We're a seasoned, fast-moving team and we need a sharp VA who can hit the ground running.
You're a good fit if you are tech-savvy, detail-obsessed, and experienced in social media and light video editing. AI tools are part of our daily workflow — we'll train you on our stack, but you need to arrive with a solid foundation.
Monday – Friday, 4 to 6 hours/day.
Start time: approximately 6:00 – 7:00 PM Philippine time (but can be flexible with that).
• Post and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Reddit, and TikTok
• Write SEO-optimized blog articles and perform keyword research
• Manage and grow YouTube channels for marketing purposes
• Monitor and maintain Skool.com activity using initiative and common sense
• Light video editing in CapCut — this is a must
• Experience with other editing software (ScreenPal, Adobe Premiere, etc.) is a plus
• Handle DMs and live chat — fast, accurate typing WITHOUT AI is required
Note: You will be tested live on your typing speed and accuracy. Please be honest about your ability.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned
• Based in the Philippines (required)
• 2–3 years full-time VA experience with a foreign / English-speaking company
• Own computer setup: headphones, microphone, camera
• Stable internet: minimum 10 MB download AND upload
• Minimum 8 GB RAM/ Ideally 16
• Fluent in English — written and spoken
• Proficient in Google Suite, Google Drive
• Experience with CapCut video editing
• Familiar with LLMs: ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Reliable, on-time, and self-directed
