Agency | 3-4 hours daily | Remote (Zoom screen share required)

We need a proactive VA to automate and manage our sales pipeline for our conversion-focused design agency. You'll work directly with me via daily Zoom screen sharing sessions.

• Lead Generation & Outreach - Research prospects, craft personalized emails, manage CRM
• Social Media Automation - Schedule posts, engage with prospects, build brand presence
• Sales Pipeline Management - Follow up with leads, schedule calls, update databases
• Client Communication - Handle initial inquiries, send proposals, coordinate meetings
• Content Creation Support - Create social posts showcasing our case studies and results
