Virtual Assistant – Sales, Admin, and Social Media Support hourly

We are looking for a highly professional, motivated Virtual Assistant who is fluent in English, has strong sales experience, and is passionate about taking ownership of their work. This role is critical to our front-end operations, requiring full accountability for connecting with prospects, communicating with customers, and supporting the business in closing deals.

You will be responsible for outbound calling, appointment setting, follow-ups, and handling inbound leads who reach out to us. You’ll also assist with social media graphics, software management, and various business tasks to help drive growth. This role rewards self-starters who are committed to results with bonus opportunities tied to performance.

  • Calling & Communicating with Prospects:
  • Make outbound calls, respond to inbound inquiries, follow up with leads, and maintain positive engagement with potential customers.
  • Sales Support:
  • Help drive deals by connecting with prospects, nurturing relationships, setting appointments, and ensuring timely follow-up on all communications.
  • Full Accountability for Tasks:
  • Take ownership of all assigned activities, manage your workload independently, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Social Media & Graphics:
  • Create and post basic marketing graphics and content (Canva or similar tools) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Software Use & Management:
  • Learn and operate various business software systems for CRM, marketing, communications, and task management.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with scheduling, document handling, CRM updates, reporting, and project organization.
  • Flexibility & Availability:
  • Be prepared to work at varying hours to accommodate prospect schedules and urgent business needs.
  • Fluent English speaker and writer with excellent communication skills
  • Sales experience (cold calling, appointment setting, customer engagement)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional demeanor in all communications (email, phone, text)
  • Graphic design skills (Canva or similar platforms)
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new software tools quickly
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
  • Must have reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
  • Previous CRM platform usage (Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Social media marketing or management experience
