We are looking for a highly professional, motivated Virtual Assistant who is fluent in English, has strong sales experience, and is passionate about taking ownership of their work. This role is critical to our front-end operations, requiring full accountability for connecting with prospects, communicating with customers, and supporting the business in closing deals.
You will be responsible for outbound calling, appointment setting, follow-ups, and handling inbound leads who reach out to us. You’ll also assist with social media graphics, software management, and various business tasks to help drive growth. - Calling & Communicating with Prospects:
- Make outbound calls, respond to inbound inquiries, follow up with leads, and maintain positive engagement with potential customers.
- Sales Support:
- Help drive deals by connecting with prospects, nurturing relationships, setting appointments, and ensuring timely follow-up on all communications.
- Full Accountability for Tasks:
- Take ownership of all assigned activities, manage your workload independently, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Social Media & Graphics:
- Create and post basic marketing graphics and content (Canva or similar tools) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Software Use & Management:
- Learn and operate various business software systems for CRM, marketing, communications, and task management.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling, document handling, CRM updates, reporting, and project organization.
- Flexibility & Availability:
- Be prepared to work at varying hours to accommodate prospect schedules and urgent business needs.
- Fluent English speaker and writer with excellent communication skills
- Sales experience (cold calling, appointment setting, customer engagement)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional demeanor in all communications (email, phone, text)
- Graphic design skills (Canva or similar platforms)
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new software tools quickly
