The ideal candidate will be a Psychologist, or have a background in Psychology, with a deep understanding of psychological concepts and knowledge in report writing and/or editing. This person should have exceptional written skills in English, be logical, and forward thinking. The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator with confidence and compassion. Ultimately, the psychology virtual assistant should be driven by a desire to make clients feel comfortable and safe, while helping the clinical director book more clients for the clinic and therapists for her clinical supervision practice.

Objectives of this role

• Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality

• Assist Clinical Director in filling her supervision schedule

• Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth of services

• Maintain quality assurance protocols

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the reports department.

• Psychology-based and business content writing (responses to journalists, blogs, books, newsletters, guides, etc.)

• Report editing, finalization, and preparation for signature.

• Client intakes and consultations

• Follow up with therapists regarding report submissions, response to questions in reports, ensure timelines are met, and give feedback on report writing.

• Communicate with the supervising psychologist and clinical director regarding reports and therapists’ performance.

• Grow and improve clinical director’s supervision practice and personal brand

• Contribute to course development and roll out

• Contribute to content creation in the form of written and recorded for the Clinical Director's personal brand projects (Therapy App, Corporate Wellness, Supervision, etc.)

• Contribute to therapist recruitment

Required skills and qualifications

• Strong decision-making ability

• Excellent attention to detail and communication

• Strong skills in grammar and logical thinking

• Knowledge of excel or google sheets

• Fluent in English

• Superb written and verbal communication

• Passion for exceptional customer service and client care

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology

• Multiple years of client care

• Knowledge of psychological concepts, client intakes, and client consultations
