Responsibilities:

Our virtual assistants support our clients by offering a wide variety of services including (but not limited to):

  • General administrative tasks such as sending reminder calls/emails to clients, email management, word processing, data entry, and expense management
  • Calendar and meeting management tasks such as appointment scheduling and coordination, meeting preparation, meeting transcription, and relationship management
  • Email management tasks such as replying
  • Blogging tasks such as publication, moderating comments, and adding tags/images to posts
  • Vendor management including research, selection, price negotiation, contract management, and relationship management
  • Customer support services including order management, live customer support, and issue resolution for product/service
  • Project management tasks such as project plan development and tracking, preparation of status reports, and oversee scope, change, and stakeholder management activities
  • Social media management
  • Perform in-depth research, collect data from the web, and provide analysis with the ability to spot patterns in the data.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication - including appropriate use of spelling, grammar, and professionalism
  • Ability to use common online work tools such as MS Office Suite or Google Drive to complete client deliverables
  • Ability to work independently, set short-term and long-term goals, and measure their own productivity
  • Professional, thorough and organized with strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately
  • Comfortable working in an environment that requires a mix of phone and video based client engagement
  • Work hours overlap with Eastern Standard Time
