We are seeking a talented and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with potential candidates to match them with our clients' requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with our Recruitment Consultants to understand client needs and job specifications.
  • Conducting candidate sourcing activities, such as searching job boards, databases, and social media.
  • Reaching out to potential clients and candidates via video marketing.
  • Identifying and reaching out to potential candidates through email, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Keeping accurate records of candidate interactions and maintaining our candidate database.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Recruitment training will be provided
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills as you will be in contact with prospects.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office tools, Google Workspace, and Canva
  • An understanding of the industry or niche you will be working in is a plus.
