Virtual Assistant – Customer Support, PR Outreach & Admin Tasks hourly

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our growing team and brand, Jabees. You will handle customer service, PR outreach, and general administrative tasks, including updating product listings and maintaining CRM data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat professionally and promptly
  • Research and compile lists of relevant journalists, influencers, and content creators
  • Enter and manage contact information in Zoho CRM
  • Follow up on PR and marketing outreach efforts
  • Update product listings and support store backend work (Shopify)
  • Perform general admin duties such as organizing files, tracking shipments, and updating reports

Requirements:

  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable using tools like Gmail, Trello, Slack, and Google Sheets

This is a part-time remote role with potential for long-term collaboration.
