We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support Jabees with customer service, PR outreach, and general admin tasks, including updating product listings and maintaining CRM data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Research and compile journalist/media lists
• Manage contacts in Zoho CRM
• Follow up on PR and marketing outreach
• Update product listings and support store backend (Shopify)
• Perform general admin tasks (organizing files, tracking shipments, updating reports)

• Responsible, well-organized, and honest
This is a part-time remote role with potential for long-term collaboration. Performance-based bonuses are available.
