About Us

We are an innovative project management publishing company focused on producing and launching engaging books through both Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) and IngramSpark. We seek a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage our publishing process and coordinate workflow with our creative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with writers, designers, and other team members to ensure the timely completion of publishing tasks.
• Keyword & Category Research – Research and select optimal keywords and categories to maximize book discoverability.
• Book Listing Setup – Enter book details such as titles, descriptions, keywords, and categories accurately on both platforms.
• Quality Checks – Review all book listings for formatting errors, typos, and overall accuracy before publication.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Amazon KDP and/or IngramSpark (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills.
• Solid written communication in English.
• Basic fluency with tools such as Canva, Google Docs, and spreadsheets.
