We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with strong knowledge of QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the preparation of financial reports.

- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop).
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and related government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of receipts, invoices, and financial records.
- Coordinate with management and external accountants as needed.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop) is a must.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
