We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with strong knowledge of QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the preparation of financial reports.

  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop).
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation of receipts, invoices, and financial records.
  • Coordinate with management and external accountants as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop) is a must.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
