Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
2. Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence effectively.
3. Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to optimize time management.
4. Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
5. Data Entry: Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets with attention to detail.
6. Customer Service: Assist clients or visitors and address their inquiries with professionalism.
7. Support for Staff: Provide administrative support to managers and other staff, including travel arrangements and expense reports.
8. Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure effective communication.
9. Research: Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects.
10. Financial Tasks: Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and other financial processes to support the team.
11. Marketing Support: Help develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, coordinate promotional materials, and conduct market research, link building, keyword research, and etc.
12. Event Planning: Organize and coordinate marketing events or promotional activities to enhance company visibility.
