We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Virtual Assistant / Administrative Assistant to provide remote administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks while working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Manage email inboxes, calendars, and scheduling
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle customer or client communication via email or phone
- Coordinate meetings and virtual appointments
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping
- Conduct online research and compile information as needed
- Support day-to-day administrative operations and special projects
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience with CRM or project management tools
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana)
