We're hiring a Virtual Admin Assistant (Remote)

Preferred candidate location: Philippines

Are you highly organised, tech-savvy, and confident in English communication? We're looking for a Virtual Admin Assistant to play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants with outreach, coordination, and admin tasks.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK time (remote)

Tasks:

  • Lead Generation & Research: Assist consultants in identifying and connecting with potential candidates and clients through market research and curated lead lists.
  • Design Coordination: Liaise with our in-house graphic designer by providing clear briefs for job adverts, presentations, and other materials.
  • Candidate & Client Outreach: Make phone calls to candidates or clients to collect key information or schedule meetings with our consultants.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with recruitment firms is a plus
  • Comfortable working with UK clients and familiar with British English
  • English level C1–C2 (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, LinkedIn, and other modern tools
  • Highly organised, resourceful, and tech-savvy
