Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value VIP players through personalized communication via phone, text, and email, ensuring a consistently premium and engaging user experience.
- Monitor player activity and key behavioral metrics to identify potential churn risks, and develop targeted retention strategies to maintain long-term loyalty.
- Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with VIP players that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Execute VIP program initiatives and deliver exclusive benefits to enhance player satisfaction and sense of exclusivity.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outbound contact goals with strong focus on quality interactions and measurable outcomes.
- Prioritize outreach and engagement activities using data analysis and player segmentation insights.
- Gather, document, and analyze player feedback to propose actionable improvements for user experience and product offerings.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer operations teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional end-to-end player journey.
Qualifications Required
- At least 1 year of experience in an outbound engagement, CRM, or customer relationship management role.
- Proven experience building long-term relationships with high-value customers and driving measurable retention or revenue outcomes.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; comfortable using metrics, dashboards, and CRM tools to guide strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with native-level English proficiency.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support global VIP players.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and internal communication tools.
Preferred
- Experience in the mobile gaming, online entertainment, or digital consumer industry where user engagement and lifetime value are key success drivers.
- Prior background in VIP management, player retention, or account management roles with measurable business impact.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Deep understanding of player motivation, consumer behavior, and personalized engagement strategies.
