@theluispeguero is seeking a talented Video Editor to help create high-quality content for our personal brand. We are a fast-paced real estate wholesaling business with a strong focus on engaging and entertaining our audience. The ideal candidate is an expert in editing talking head videos and vlogs, with the ability to keep raw footage organized and ready for posting.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce 90-100 short-form videos per month for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and other requested platforms.
- Create eye-catching covers, thumbnails, and titles to maximize viewer engagement.
- Organize raw footage and assets on Google Drive for easy access and management.
- Stay updated on social media trends and real estate industry developments to inform content creation.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the CEO to discuss content ideas and strategy.
- Work from home with flexibility while ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio of talking head videos, vlogs, or similar content.
- Understanding of social media dynamics and a knack for creating viral content.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with the CEO and contribute to content strategy.
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of creativity and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with remote work and using collaborative tools like Google Drive.
- Bonus points if you are familiar with real estate wholesaling or have worked with influencers before.
