This is a hands-on creative position at a high-velocity company that blends animation, graphic design, video editing, and social strategy. You’ll create eye-catching motion graphics and short-form video optimized for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts — working quickly without sacrificing polish. If you love trends, have a strong creative voice, and can turn briefs into viral content, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities-
- Produce high-impact animations and motion graphics (2D/3D or hybrid).
- Edit and optimize short-form and long-form video for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts).
- Create branded social assets: thumbnails, banners, IG stories, ad creatives.
- Manage content across multiple social accounts and help implement posting strategy.
- Execute TikTok-specific creative (trends, hooks, captions, pacing, sounds).
- Deliver fast turnarounds while maintaining professional quality and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with creators and the growth team to iterate on creative that drives conversions and monetization.
Required Skills-
- Strong animation skills (2D/3D, motion design, or equivalent).
- Advanced graphic design capabilities (layout, typography, brand consistency).
- Professional video editing experience with a portfolio showing social content.
- Deep understanding of TikTok trends, formats, hooks, and best practices.
- Ability to work quickly and independently with excellent attention to detail.
- Good spoken and written English for creator coaching and cross-team communication.
Technical skills-
- Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent).
- Experience with 2D/3D animation tools and plugins.
- Familiarity with social scheduling/analytics tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, Creator Studio, etc.).
- Basic sound editing and color grading skills.
