We’re looking for video editors / creators who can take direction, work inside a content pipeline, and ship clean social videos.
This is a real-work role, not a practice role.
You’ll work on one or more of the following:
- UGC / Creator Content
- Finance / Education Clips
- Evergreen Pet Content
- Clipping / Repurposing Long-Form Content
You choose the lane(s) you’re strongest in.
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, IG Reels, Shorts, and similar platforms
- Follow provided:
- Hooks
- Angles
- Asset descriptions
- Formatting rules
- Deliver videos that are shipping-ready
- Make revisions when requested
Light creative judgment is expected.
You are not guessing — you are executing.
You may use your tools of choice.
Common tools include:
- CapCut
- Opus Clip
- Canva
- Other professional editing tools
Outcome matters more than tools.
Before ongoing work, there is a paid trial test.
- You will be given:
- A clear task
- A content angle
- Delivery requirements
- Payment is issued only if the submitted video meets standards
- If it meets standards, we continue
- If it doesn’t, the trial ends cleanly
This protects both sides and keeps expectations clear.
