We’re on the lookout for a switched-on, proactive and marketing-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. If you’re someone who thrives on creativity, communicates like a boss, and knows your way around marketing tech tools — we want to hear from you!

  • 📞 Answering and handling inbound calls with confidence and professionalism
  • 🧭 Generating leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator like a pro
  • 📣 Creating and scheduling posts across multiple platforms using Go High Level
  • 🎨 Designing engaging graphics and assets on Canva
  • 💬 Managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • 🖋 Writing and publishing blogs that connect with our audience
  • 🧠 Supporting marketing campaigns and building workflows when needed
  • Excellent spoken and written English — clear, friendly, and professional
  • A flair for marketing and strong understanding of branding and messaging
  • Experience using:
  • Sales Navigator (LinkedIn)
  • Go High Level
  • Canva
  • Social media scheduling tools
  • Bonus if you’ve used platforms like Trello, Slack, Meta Business Suite or Buffer
  • You’re organised, efficient, and tech-savvy
  • You can work independently and manage your own time
  • You’re creative, curious, and not afraid to bring new ideas to the table
  • You genuinely enjoy helping others and building relationships
