About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive US Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This remote role is responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics operations that keep our products moving efficiently across the country and internationally. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment. This role will report directly to the US Logistics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate inventory forecasting reports to ensure stock availability and avoid shortages or overstocking.

Create and manage shipments using Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), and our in-house logistics software.

Obtain quotes from logistics partners and ensure Comfy Cubs secures the best rates and services.

Book shipment pick-ups with carriers and coordinate delivery schedules.

Track all inventory from origin to destination, ensuring shipments arrive on time and in full.

Work closely with the US Logistics Manager, warehouse staff, and logistics partners to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency with computers and Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets in particular).

Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and WFS is a plus.

Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
