About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled US Legal Expert specializing in Amazon appeals to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in crafting effective Amazon Appeals when ASINs are taken down or accounts are suspended. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of both Amazon's policies and US law to provide comprehensive guidance and solutions.

This is an Hourly-based Remote position.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in at least one US jurisdiction.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on e-commerce, intellectual property, or related fields.
  • In-depth understanding of Amazon's policies and procedures, particularly regarding ASIN enforcement and account suspensions.
  • Previous experience specifically handling Amazon appeals or other e-commerce-related legal matters.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to interpret complex legal documents and statutes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively with team members and clients.

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific situations regarding Amazon ASIN takedowns or account suspensions.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of relevant Amazon policies and US legal statutes to formulate compelling appeal strategies.
  • Draft clear and concise appeal letters tailored to the unique circumstances of each case.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the appeal process, including responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.
  • Stay updated on changes to Amazon's policies and US legal regulations affecting e-commerce and online marketplaces.
  • Assist in the development of proactive measures to prevent future ASIN takedowns or account suspensions.
