US Home Services Appointment Setter (HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing) full time

We are hiring U.S.-based appointment setters and cold callers for established home service campaigns, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, garage doors, windows, and related services. This is a remote opportunity focused on handling real conversations, understanding customer needs, and setting qualified appointments.

• Make outbound calls using a structured but natural approach
• Identify customer issues and service needs
• Provide accurate information and build trust
• Convert conversations into qualified appointments

• Trial Rate: $50 per hour
• Ongoing Rate: Up to $60 per hour based on performance
• Long-term opportunity for consistent performers

Before onboarding, candidates must complete a short paid trial (5–10 hours) to assess communication skills and call quality.

During the trial:

• You will call as a customer using provided scripts
• Each call must last at least 5–6 minutes
• Focus on natural conversation and moving toward booking

After each call, submit:

• Call time
• Call duration
• Brief summary (services discussed, response, outcome)

• Must be located in the United States
• Must use a real personal U.S. mobile number
• No VoIP, Google Dialer, or virtual numbers allowed
• Do not call back if a call gets disconnected
