ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking an experienced Credit Repair Specialist to support our US credit repair operations. You do not need to live in the United States, but you must have hands-on experience working with US credit repair clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review credit reports and organize client documentation.
• Support accurate dispute preparation, submission tracking, and follow-up.
• Monitor bureau responses and maintain clear records of case progress.
• Coordinate client onboarding and communicate progress professionally.
• Identify missing information and keep assigned work moving.
• Handle sensitive client information securely.
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in US credit repair operations.
• Practical understanding of the dispute process and relevant consumer credit laws, including FCRA and CROA.
• Strong attention to detail, written communication, and follow-through.
• Ability to explain your responsibilities and demonstrate relevant results.
• Experience with credit repair software; DisputeFox is a plus.
General administrative, mortgage-processing, or financial-document experience alone does not meet the experience requirement.
WORK ARRANGEMENT AND COMPENSATION
Remote. Qualified international applicants are welcome.
