Key Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, professional videos
- Incorporate graphics, animations, music, captions, and sound effects
- Collaborate with team members to understand each project’s goals and creative direction
- Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines and quality standards
- Review edits carefully and make revisions based on constructive feedback
- Manage multiple projects while meeting agreed deadlines
- Explore and apply new editing techniques, trends, and tools
- Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow
We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set and always with clear communication.
Required Tools
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CapCut
- Adobe After Effects
- Other video editing and graphic design tools as needed
- Screenshot and productivity tracking software
What We're Looking For
- Proven video editing experience supported by a strong and relevant portfolio
- Strong storytelling skills, creativity, and close attention to visual and audio details
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and collaborate with a remote team
- Organized, dependable, and able to complete high-quality work within deadlines
- Patient, receptive to feedback, and comfortable making thoughtful revisions
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning
Working Hours
Full-time schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. This is a graveyard-shift schedule for candidates based in the Philippines.
