UI Web Designer (Figma Specialist) (Remote) full time

Shyft Media HQ: Phoenixville, pa, United States Remote job Jan 3

We are looking for a UI/Web Designer who specializes in building high-converting landing pages and website interfaces. This is not a coding role, and this is not a social media graphics role.

Your job is to architect the visual user journey. You will take a wireframe or a concept and turn it into a pixel-perfect, developer-ready Figma mockup that our dev team can build immediately.

Note: We are strictly accepting applicants from Europe and South America.

  • Landing Page UI: Design beautiful, high-fidelity mockups for sales funnels, VSL pages, and lead capture pages.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Map out the user journey (UX) before designing the final look (UI). You understand where a "Call to Action" button should sit to get the most clicks.
  • Developer Handoff: You don't just "draw" pages; you build organized Figma files with clear layers, auto-layout, and style guides so our developers (GoHighLevel/Webflow) can build them instantly without asking questions.
  • Mobile Optimization: You design for Mobile First. You understand how a desktop layout must stack and resize for a phone screen.
  • Asset Creation: Design the custom icons, hero section graphics, and feature blocks that go onto the page.
  • NO Coding: You do not need to write HTML/CSS (though understanding how it works helps).
  • NO Canva: We do not build websites in Canva.
  • NO Social Media Posts: You are not here to make Instagram Stories. You are here to build web interfaces.
  • Location: Must reside in Europe or South America.
  • Experience: 3+ years specifically in Web Design or UI/UX.
  • Tech Stack:
  • Mastery: Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Variables).
  • Proficient: Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (for asset creation).
  • Portfolio: Must include Full Landing Pages or Website Mockups. (Portfolios with only logos or social media posts will be ignored).
  • Knowledge: Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles—why one layout sells better than another.
  • Experience with page builders (GoHighLevel, Elementor, Webflow) — not to code, but to understand the design constraints.
  • Experience in SaaS or E-commerce design.
