  • Manage comprehensive training and certification programs for channel partners,distributors — covering product knowledge(Hardware and software), solution deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting,providing best user experience to the clients all aligning to the company goals
  • Develop training content and modules (presentations, manuals, e-learning, videos, and certification assessments) tailored for installers, technicians, and sales engineers.
  • Identify and Conduct regular training sessions, both online and on-site, to certify new and existing partners and Evaluate the training performance and effectiveness of the partner on periodic basis
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Deployment teams to understand new features, software  updates, and integration workflows.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, practical training content that channel partners can apply in real-world deployments.
  • Maintain and update a partner knowledge base with installation guides, FAQs, and best practices.
  • Track partner training performance, certification status, and deployment quality metrics.
  • Create feedback loops from partner field experiences to improve training programs and deployment readiness.
  • Partner with Sales and Channel Teams to align training initiatives with business priorities and partner activation goals.
  • Work closely with Deployment Managers to assess field competency and identify gaps for targeted upskilling.
  • Coordinate with Marketing for co-branded learning content and partner communication.
  • 5-6 years of experience in technical training, channel enablement, or partner education, preferably in Access Control, Security Systems, IoT, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of hardware + software solutions — including controllers, credentialing (BLE/NFC/QR), and access management software.
  • Proven ability to design structured training programs, manage certification systems, and deliver both technical and soft-skill sessions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working with system integrators, distributors, or OEM partners in a technical domain.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple training tracks across regions.
