The ESG/SUSTAINABITY Global Territory Business Manager (TBM) is sales focused and responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with multiple sectors/business lines to promote VECTRA International’s lines of services, solutions, training portfolio and AI services with an expert support. The TBM reports to the Vice President of Sales and collaborates with Sr. Consultants within assigned geographic areas.
Key Responsibilities
Establishes meaningful and professional relationships within assigned region with the goal of building awareness and driving adoption of VECTRA International’s global focus - drive positive impact worldwide by:
- Role models ethics and integrity in the work that you do to support our culture of responsible business and earn trust with external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain expertise of VECTRA International services, solutions and AI tools in diverse markets.
- Develop a consultative approach to deeply understand customer challenges and translate them into tailored solution proposals.
- Develops a deep understanding of assigned territory & market dynamics, stakeholder mapping, key decision maker relationship management, referral network navigation, access, drivers & barriers.
- Implement and maintain strategic territory business plans that identify and harness business opportunities and prospect/customer-focused solutions for significant growth across the customer landscape while supporting the Sr. Consultant led account engagement strategy.
- Drives sales performance and ensures forecasts and assigned quotas meets or exceeds territory expectations.
- Collaborates compliantly with other team members and colleagues to create aligned business plans, focus on strategic drivers, share best practices, and inform initiatives.
- Build and maintain a multi-level relationship map for each key account, including influencers, decision-makers, and end users.
- Cross-functional collaboration within VECTRA International’s functions (AI, customer success, marketing, operations and sales) to co-create solutions and ensure seamless delivery.
- Serve as the customer advocate inside VECTRA International, bringing voice-of-customer insights back to the organization to shape future offerings.
- Proficient in using CRM to track and measure success and account planning tools, not only by revenue growth but also by customer adoption, satisfaction, and expansion metrics.
- Exceptional listening, discovery, and business case development skills to align solutions with customer business drivers.
- Skilled at negotiation and consensus-building in environments with competing stakeholder priorities.
- Consummate learner with the ability to adapt to evolving markets and customer needs
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Environmental Science or related fields (desired)
- Minimum 2-3+ experience in selling professional services, solutions and understanding of AI capabilities. (ESG – B2B sales desired – not required)
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and ability to work in remote setting (home office)
- Understanding of ESG, sustainability/responsible business topics or socio-economic development frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven end-to-end sales expertise, follow-up and follow through timely, including research, qualifying through outbound calls, team selling/engagement, and documented ability in meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills, creative (ability to think outside the box), goal-oriented, self-starter, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach to business.
- Experience with Google Suite, CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho), and outbound outreach tools
