- You’ll be learning the ins and outs of our product as well as our processes
- You’ll respond to inbound support requests via email, chat or calls (10-20 calls per day)
- Troubleshoot issues as surfaced by users
- Use our knowledgebase to determine how to handle user issues
- Identify gaps in our knowledgebase and file an update request
- You’ll need to be active in giving feedback on how we can make our processes/product better.
- Topnotch English Skills - Written and Verbal
- Excellent Internet connection. Equipment ready: headset and webcam.
- You’ll be the first person that our users interact with, so you should be friendly and personable!
