Have a knack for troubleshooting? Then you are the one we are looking for. **Join us at Virtua Solutions Outsourcing **and showcase your talent as a Technical Support Representative. This is a full-time role, eastern time, and permanent work-from-home set-up.

  • You’ll be learning the ins and outs of our product as well as our processes
  • You’ll respond to inbound support requests via email, chat or calls (10-20 calls per day)
  • Troubleshoot issues as surfaced by users
  • Use our knowledgebase to determine how to handle user issues
  • Identify gaps in our knowledgebase and file an update request
  • You’ll need to be active in giving feedback on how we can make our processes/product better.
  • Topnotch English Skills - Written and Verbal
  • Excellent Internet connection. Equipment ready: headset and webcam.
  • You’ll be the first person that our users interact with, so you should be friendly and personable!

Salary: Php 30,000.00 to Php 35,000.00
