We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to build and run a structured hiring pipeline for software developers who will work across multiple systems and projects. You will source talent proactively, pre‑screen candidates with strong judgment, coordinate technical interviews, and keep a consistent, high‑signal recruiting process.

  • Evaluation Phase (Trial): 2 months (paid, full‑time)
  • Compensation during Evaluation: $300 USD/month (40 hours/week)
  • After successful evaluation: compensation will be reviewed and adjusted based on quality of hires, process ownership, and output
  • The evaluation phase is a mutual assessment. Strong performance may lead to an earlier compensation review.
  • Proactively source developers through relevant channels and direct outreach
  • Run structured pre‑screens (communication, seniority indicators, role fit)
  • Coordinate technical interviews and keep the process moving end‑to‑end
  • Review portfolios/repositories with a practical “signal vs. noise” lens
  • Maintain a clean, transparent pipeline (status, notes, scorecards, feedback loops)
  • Partner with the tech lead to refine role requirements and hiring criteria across projects
  • Proven experience recruiting software developers / technical talent
  • Solid understanding of APIs, backend fundamentals, and cloud concepts
  • Strong judgment for identifying high‑quality technical profiles
  • Excellent communication and organization (remote environment)
  • High reliability and follow‑through
  • Strong English communication (written and spoken)
