Arbeit is currently looking for an experienced Technical Lead to support a critical SIT/UAT and defect resolution phase for a large-scale transformation program.
If you have strong experience in SIT, UAT, testing, business analysis, or technical leadership, and have experience in a Life Insurance company, the domain with the Gemini application is mandatory. We have exciting opportunities for you!
✅ In this role, you will:
Act as the technical authority during SIT and UAT cycles
Analyze and resolve complex defects (functional, integration, and data issues)
Lead defect triage and root cause analysis with cross-functional teams
Ensure system stability, deployment readiness, and release quality
Provide technical guidance and mentor team members
✅ We’re looking for someone with:
Experience in a Life Insurance company and the domain with the Gemini application is mandatory.
8+ years of experience in software development & technical leadership
Strong experience in SIT/UAT support in large-scale programs
Hands-on expertise in enterprise systems (Java/.NET) and integrations
Experience working in Agile environments
