We’re looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead / Engineering Lead to help us lead software delivery, coordinate development teams, and turn business requirements into reliable production systems.
This is not a purely administrative Project Manager role. We’re looking for someone with a genuine software engineering background who has grown into technical leadership and enjoys solving problems, making decisions, and helping teams deliver great work.
What you’ll do
Coordinate frontend, backend, and external development teams
Manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and technical risks
Translate business needs into clear technical tasks
Review technical approaches, estimates, architecture, and delivery risks
Remove blockers and coordinate releases, testing, and production support
Help improve development processes, documentation, and quality
Communicate progress and technical matters clearly to management
Support automation and AI-related initiatives
What we’re looking for
6+ years in software development, technical delivery, or technology operations
Strong hands-on software engineering background
Experience as a Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, Engineering Manager, Lead Software Engineer, or similar
Experience leading developers and delivering multiple projects
Strong knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, APIs, Docker, and cloud systems
Good understanding of modern architecture, integrations, testing, security, and production systems
E-commerce, ERP, Shopify, WooCommerce, or API integration experience is a strong plus
Experience with AI/automation and remote teams is an advantage
