Requirements:
- Strong real-time pipeline knowledge across shaders, materials, asset optimization, and engine integration.
- Experience diagnosing visual or pipeline issues and improving workflow reliability.
- Comfort partnering with artists, animators, designers, and engineers in active production.
- Practical understanding of performance budgets for mobile and cross-platform builds.
- Portfolio evidence showing both artistic judgment and technical execution.
Responsibilities:
- Define and improve technical art standards across asset creation and implementation.
- Support shader, material, lighting, VFX, and optimization needs during production.
- Build or maintain lightweight tools, workflows, and documentation that improve delivery speed.
- Troubleshoot import, rendering, rigging, or runtime issues that affect asset quality.
- Help maintain visual consistency and technical quality across multiple game environments.
