Location: Remote
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Recruiter to help us source and qualify top-tier software engineering talent across LinkedIn and other platforms. In this role, you’ll conduct brief 15-minute introduction calls, gather key candidate information, and compile detailed candidate reports including resumes and recorded interview videos.
This is a freelance/contract position with a performance-based payment model, offering full flexibility and the ability to work remotely.

Submit qualified candidates for internal review and feedback
Availability to work full-time (9 AM – 5 PM Central Time)
Immediate or 1-week notice period preferred
Target salary range of $3,000–$4,000/month, up to $5,000 for exceptional candidates
Clear communication in English and strong professional background
This is a performance-based freelance role
Recruiters are paid per candidate who meets all criteria and is approved by our internal team for client submission
✅ Payment per matched candidate: $10–$15 USD, based on the quality and completeness of the submission
A “matched candidate” includes:
- Resume
- Video interview recording
- Contact info (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
- Assessment details (availability, notice period, salary expectations)
