Title:   Talent Acquisition Generalist

Location: Remote

Role: Part Time to Full Time in 90 days

Compensation:  Negotiable depending on location, performance bonus.  Company profit sharing.

SunCore Digital is a premiere wholly outsourced sustainable blockchain mining organization with operations in Austin and throughout the U.S. Southwest. 

We seek a Talent Acquisition Generalist with proven expertise in both staffing and managing the HR needs of a team in a fast-paced environment. The candidate is expected to manage all open job postings, vet resumes from candidates, assist with benefits administration and on/off boarding, talent acquisition Employment Agreements/NDA's/Non-Comp's, compensation including 360 performance reviews and generating feedback for bonus season, reporting, benefits and training. 

The successful candidate should be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment – Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for all open positions. Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of their department and any required job openings. Schedule and coordinate interview and background verification. Create new-hire onboarding programs and deliver compelling new-hire orientations.
  • Education and training – Ensure mandatory training and continuing education is complete and documented, including code of conduct and handbook training, onboarding training and certifications required. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, changes to regulations, new technology breakthroughs in HR, talent, and employment law.
  • Benefits** and Payroll** – Assist employees with benefit programs and all leave requests. Work closely with the Human Resource team on the annual Open Enrollment period. Comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Feedback – Manage all details and coordination of disciplinary discussions, terminations, and investigations. Guide the leadership team on sensitive or complex matters and elevate to the appropriate staff when investigations are required. Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
  • **Productivity Management – **Onboard new employees at the firm and establish new email accounts and other productivity software logins.  Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required. Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order. Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration/Management, Business Administration or a related field are preferred
  • A minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong ability to multitask and remain cool under pressure in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
  • Superb conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality and a sense of humor!
  • Strong knowledge of laws and regulations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficient in HRIS and talent management systems

  • Negotiable, depending on location, deferred to 90 days post App launch date (estimated to occur in 4-6 weeks), plus annual performance bonus dependent on individual as well as corporate performance.
