• Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Oversee the integration of various business systems, ensuring seamless communication and data flow between departments.

• Implement and manage automation tools to streamline operations, including project management platforms and AI agents.

• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to support evolving business needs.

• Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Utilize project management tools to monitor progress, manage resources, and mitigate risks.

• Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment of operational goals and resource allocation.

• Serve as a key advisor to the CEO, providing insights and updates on operational performance.

• Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.

• Mentor and guide team members in adopting best practices for process and system improvements.

• Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of implemented systems and processes.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations for the executive team, highlighting operational achievements and areas for improvement.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in operations, process design, automation, system design, systems integration, or a related field.

• Demonstrated success in translating high-level strategic visions into effective operational systems.

• Extensive experience with project management and automation tools.

• Strong familiarity with developing and implementing SOPs and process documentation.

• Some experience with AI agents and other emerging technologies is preferred (or the ability to manage external assistance)

• Deep understanding of business process improvement, systems thinking, and data-driven decision-making.

• Experience with EOS/Traction methodologies or similar frameworks is a plus.

• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategies and operational plans.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What We Offer

• The opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a forward-thinking leadership team.

• Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

• A collaborative and supportive team culture dedicated to operational excellence.
