- Client Communication & Follow-Ups
- Checking in with doctors about lead quality & ad performance
- Answering basic client questions about ads, GHL, and follow-up processes
- Making sure docs & their teams are responding to leads quickly
- GHL Management
- Setting up new clients in GHL (creating logins, assigning pipelines, setting automations)
- Ensuring leads are flowing correctly into opportunities
- Fixing any workflow glitches or lead notification issues
- Ad Account Coordination
- Keeping track of CPL & lead trends for each account
- Noticing patterns—ex: if a campaign is pulling in too many window lickers, flag it
- Pulling reports & summarizing key takeaways for leadership
- Content Coordination
- Requesting content from clients & making sure it gets uploaded to Dropbox
- Verifying video & image quality before it goes into ad rotation
- Keeping track of what content is being used vs. what’s available
- General Admin & Problem Solving
- Making sure payments are processed on time
- Notifying leadership of any urgent issues with accounts
- Tracking any missing info or things that need to be handled to keep everything moving
Experience with CRM (must understand pipelines, workflows, automation)
Comfortable with Facebook Ads (understanding CPL, lead trends, etc.)
Strong communication skills (able to handle clients professionally & problem solve)
Detail-oriented & proactive (doesn’t wait to be told—spots issues & takes action)
Organized & good at tracking tasks (can manage multiple clients & follow up as needed)
