Success & Backend Manager (Remote, Part-Time to Full-Time) hourly

We are hiring a Success & Backend Manager to join our e-commerce marketing agency. This role starts as part-time (15 hours/week) with the expectation to transition into a full-time position (35-45 hours/week) as the agency scales.

• Attend client strategy calls (once trained)
• Work with media buyers & operations managers
• Manage backend workflows, client coordination, and marketing operations
• Stay updated on social media trends
• Ensure clear, professional communication
