Lumikha Teams is looking for someone to find, screen, and help bring in the startups that make our innovation programs work.
You'll spend your days searching for startups, checking if they're a good fit, keeping our records clean, and helping with outreach that gets startups to actually apply — hands-on, detail-heavy work that keeps the pipeline moving.
What you'll do:
- Find startups across databases, accelerator/incubator programs, VC portfolios, universities, and other directories
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists, and keep our startup database clean and up to date
- Screen startups against program requirements and keep the pipeline free of irrelevant leads
- Support founder outreach and follow-ups, and help improve how many startups apply
- Track relevant events, communities, and startup hubs, and spot new places to find startups
What we're looking for:
- 2–4 years in startup scouting, business development, venture-related work, accelerator programs, or research
- Strong research and analytical skills, with high attention to detail
- Comfortable with detailed, repetitive work done at volume
- Genuine curiosity about startups and new technology
- Strong communication skills, especially reaching out to founders directly
Remote / Full-time Salary range: PHP30-40,000 PHP
