We’re a successful real estate team based in USA, looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to support sales, client communication, and lead management. You'll assist with outreach, CRM updates, scheduling, and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow up with leads
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text
  • Support social media and marketing tasks
  • Schedule appointments and update CRM

Requirements:

  • Bilingual: English & Spanish
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or real estate support
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and social media
  • Remote work setup with reliable internet
