We’re a successful real estate team based in USA, looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to support sales, client communication, and lead management. You'll assist with outreach, CRM updates, scheduling, and delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up with leads
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text
- Support social media and marketing tasks
- Schedule appointments and update CRM
Requirements:
- Bilingual: English & Spanish
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in sales, customer service, or real estate support
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and social media
- Remote work setup with reliable internet
