Spanish Appointment Setter $2hr and $50 Commission Per Sale hourly

We are a growing AI-powered marketing agency looking for a hungry, ambitious, and reliable Spanish-speaking freelancer to join our sales team.

This is not just another virtual assistant position.

We are building a serious sales operation, and we want people who are interested in growing with the company, taking on more responsibility, increasing their income, and becoming part of the team long term.

• $2 USD per hour
• $50 USD commission for every sale successfully closed from your appointments
• Higher commissions and bonuses may be offered based on performance
• No commission is paid simply for booking an appointment; commission is earned when the client actually closes

Your earning potential increases directly with the quality and quantity of opportunities you generate.

Your main responsibility is to generate qualified sales appointments for our agency.

Daily tasks may include:

• Contacting potential business clients
• Cold calling prospects
• Following up through WhatsApp
• Sending emails or direct messages
• Speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Identifying potential interest
• Booking qualified sales appointments
• Recording every prospect and interaction correctly in our CRM
• Following our scripts and sales process
• Consistently following up with prospects

You do NOT need to close the final sale yourself.

Your job is to create qualified opportunities and appointments for our closer.

You MUST speak Spanish confidently.

English is a strong advantage but is not mandatory if your Spanish communication skills are excellent.

We are especially interested in candidates who have experience with:
