As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at Verselify, you will architect and ship production-grade software for clients ranging from fast-growing startups to enterprise teams. You will own features from database design through API development to polished user interfaces, working in agile squads alongside designers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Design and implement full-stack features using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and REST or GraphQL APIsDefine database schemas, optimize queries, and integrate caching layers for performance at scaleConduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor mid-level and junior developersCollaborate with UI/UX designers to translate prototypes into responsive, accessible interfacesParticipate in sprint planning, estimations, and client demos with clear technical communicationTroubleshoot production issues, monitor application health, and drive continuous improvement
- Currently based in the United States or Canada with authorization to work remotely5+ years of professional experience building web applications in production environmentsStrong proficiency in React or Next.js and at least one backend runtime (Node.js, Python, or .NET)Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, ORMs, and data modeling principlesExperience deploying and operating applications on AWS, Azure, or GCPComfortable working independently in a fully remote, async-friendly teamExcellent written and spoken English for client and team communication
