Social Media & SEO Specialist (Content + Email Marketing Focus) full time

We're looking for a creative and organized Social Media & SEO Specialist to help grow our online presence, manage email marketing, and boost our website’s search rankings. If you love content creation, have a knack for engagement, and understand how to organically grow brands across platforms—this could be for you!

• Social Media Management

-Plan and schedule engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

-Maintain brand consistency and respond to comments/messages

-Create visually compelling content (graphics, reels, captions)

-Track and report performance analytics

• Content Creation

-Develop content calendars with relevant and original ideas

-Collaborate on photo/video content for campaigns and seasonal pushes

• Email Marketing

-Design and send regular email blasts/newsletters

-Write compelling copy and track open/click rates

-Maintain email list hygiene and segmentation

• SEO

-Optimize the company website for search engines

-Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization

-Suggest blog/article ideas to improve organic visibility

-Monitor SEO performance and implement improvements

• Marketing Support

-Assist in crafting marketing strategies that align with business goals

-Coordinate with other team members to align efforts

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing and SEO
• Strong content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
• Email marketing experience (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook & TikTok algorithms
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
