Responsibilities:
Create attractive promotional advertisements, flyers, reels, stories, and social-media posts
Promote all Slim Rise & Shine services
Generate new leads and potential clients
Answer inquiries through WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram
Explain treatments, prices, packages, and promotions professionally
Follow up with interested clients
Convert inquiries into confirmed, paying appointments
Manage appointments and deposit confirmations
Create promotional campaigns to increase salon bookings
Track leads, appointments, payments, and closed sales
Provide regular reports showing results
Requirements:
Experience in marketing, social media, sales, or appointment setting
Strong communication and closing skills
Experience with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and Canva
Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is an advantage
Creative, proactive, professional, reliable, and results-driven
English is required
Papiamentu, Dutch, or Spanish is an advantage
Must provide examples of previous work and achieved results
