We are seeking a creative, motivated, and tech-savvy Social Media & Marketing Manager to help grow our real estate brand and drive qualified leads. This role blends content creation, social media strategy, lead generation, and client engagement.   • Develop and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Create and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, Reels, Stories) to drive traffic and engagement
  • Run and manage Facebook Ads and boosted posts to generate and nurture leads
  • Use CRM software (Go High Level) to track and follow up with leads and clients
  • Assist with real estate sales and marketing campaigns from idea to execution
  • Monitor metrics and provide performance reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing with business goals
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and social media algorithm changes
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • (Real estate experience a plus, but not required)
  • Experience creating content using Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and basic ad strategy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time and tasks independently
  • Willingness to learn Go High Level CRM if not already familiar
  • Prior experience in real estate, property marketing, or lead generation
  • Knowledge of Go High Level CRM
  • Basic understanding of real estate sales funnel and client journey
  • Video editing or short-form video (TikTok/Reels) creation skills
  • Social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Graphic and video content creation
  • Client relationship management
