Location: Remote (Philippines)

Rate: $9.00 per hour will increase to $12 after two months

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week) | Shift aligned with US Time Zones

Duration: Long-term (6+ months to years)

We need a visual storyteller to bridge the gap between deep, sensitive topics and engaging social media trends. You will turn raw video into high-converting, SEO-optimized content that builds a loyal community ahead of our June 1st Book Launch.

Key Responsibility:

• Social SEO & Captions: Implementing keyword-rich captions to win the TikTok and Facebook algorithms.
• High-Impact Video Editing: Transforming Facebook Lives into viral-ready Reels and TikToks.
• Brand Aesthetic: Maintaining a consistent, gentle, and authoritative visual identity.

Technical Toolkit and Expertise:

• Video Production: Advanced skills in CapCut (Desktop/Mobile), Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Graphic Design: High-level Canva Pro or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for brand imagery.
• Social Management: Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Later, or Metricool for scheduling and analytics.
• Social SEO: Knowledge of TikTok Creative Center and keyword density for social captions.

Requirements:

• Trend Awareness: Ability to adapt "trending" audio/formats to fit a sensitive healing brand without losing integrity.
• Thematic Sensitivity: Experience handling content involving trauma, domestic violence, and recovery.
