Social Media Marketer hourly

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketer to help grow our brand presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing posting schedules, and analyzing performance metrics to drive audience growth and engagement.

You will collaborate with our team to develop strategies that align with business goals, build brand awareness, and generate leads. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, understands current social media trends, and can bring fresh ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Create and schedule high-quality, engaging content (graphics, videos, posts, reels, stories).
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the online community.
• Track and analyze key metrics to measure success and optimize campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and growth strategies.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to create content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editors (preferred).
• Organized, creative, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Knowledge of marketing automation or scheduling tools (HubSpot, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Familiarity with brand storytelling and lead generation strategies.
