Role Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week to start)

Core Hours: Must be available Tuesdays at 8:00 /9:30 AM EST; EST

Rate: $8.00 USD per hour will increase to $12 after two months

We are seeking a highly detailed and dedicated Social Media Manager to take ownership of content strategy and execution for a portfolio of high-end consultants, coaches, and authors.

This is not a high-volume "churn and burn" agency role. We focus on quality over quantity, building deep relationships with our clients (many of whom have been with us for over a decade). We are looking for a creative professional who wants a long-term "work home" and is eager to grow with a supportive, chatty, and collaborative all-women team.

What You will do:

  • Strategic Content Creation: Generate a full month’s worth of content at a time for 3–10 clients, including high-quality imagery, reels, and expert-level copywriting.
  • LinkedIn Specialization: While other platforms are used, you will focus heavily on mastering LinkedIn to support our professional clientele.
  • Monthly Planning: Develop and stick to a strict content calendar, ensuring all posts are drafted, approved, and scheduled well in advance.
  • Platform Management: Use GoHigh Level for all scheduling and Teamwork for meticulous time tracking and project management.
  • Collaborative Brainstorming: Attend mandatory Tuesday morning meetings (9:30 AM EST) to check in, bond with the team, and brainstorm creative directions for client projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, social media scheduling tools, and project management software (ClickUp/Teamwork).
  • Schedule: Ability to work within Eastern Time (starting after 9:00 AM EST) and attend the essential Tuesday 9:30 AM EST meeting.
  • Stability: This is a long-term role. We are looking for someone who envisions being part of our team for the next 5+ years.
  • Workflow: You will work behind the scenes. This is a non-client-facing role for at least the first six months, allowing you to focus entirely on content excellence.

Support: Access to robust systems, including AI writing assistants, established brand guidelines, and clear recurring tasks with time estimates.
