We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and strategic Social Media Brand Strategist with proven experience developing and executing social media calendar strategies for U.S.-based marketing agencies.

The ideal candidate understands the beauty industry, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to blend creativity with data-driven decision-making to grow brand presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Voice & Consistency

  • Ensure all social media communications maintain a cohesive brand voice, tone, and visual identity aligned with the makeup brand’s values and positioning.
  • Rigorously proofread and edit all content before publishing. Every caption, script, and post must be polished, error-free, and aligned with our professional standards.
  • Maintain consistency across all platforms while adapting content format to each channel’s best practices.

Community Engagement & Management

  • Actively manage and nurture the brand’s online community across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Respond promptly to comments, direct messages, and mentions.
  • Address product inquiries, provide beauty tips, support customer service needs, and foster authentic relationships with followers to build brand loyalty.

Trend Monitoring & TikTok Strategy

  • Stay continuously updated on emerging social media trends, particularly on TikTok (trending sounds, challenges, video formats, and algorithm updates).
  • Strategically integrate trends into the brand’s content in a way that feels authentic and aligned with brand identity.
  • Identify viral opportunities and adapt them to maximize reach and engagement.

TikTok UGC & Duet Strategy

  • Develop and execute a structured strategy for reposting user-generated content (UGC) with proper credit and consent.
  • Create duets and stitches with relevant or trending videos to increase visibility and encourage community participation.
  • Collaborate with creators and micro-influencers to amplify brand awareness.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, website traffic, conversions, and ROI).
  • Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Continuously optimize content based on performance data.

Hashtag & SEO Optimization

  • Conduct research on high-performing hashtags and keywords for each platform, especially TikTok.
  • Optimize captions and descriptions to improve discoverability and reach target audiences within the beauty niche.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Plan, develop, and execute full-funnel social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Build content calendars, define KPIs, coordinate creative assets, and ensure timely execution across platforms.
  • Measure campaign performance and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
