As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic content calendar across all major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X/Twitter, and emerging channels). Your goal is to engage our community, grow our brand visibility, generate leads for our training programs (like SPC and ASPC), and establish our thought leadership across the agile and business transformation space.
- Develop and manage a content strategy aligned with company goals, launch timelines, and market trends.
- Define and track KPIs such as engagement, reach, CTR, lead conversion, and follower growth.
- Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to keep the brand relevant and fresh.
- Design or coordinate creation of daily posts (images, videos, carousels, stories, reels).
- Write compelling captions, CTAs, and short-form content aligned with campaign goals.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms using tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster engagement in niche groups (LinkedIn groups, Agile forums, Slack communities).
- Create and manage a referral or brand ambassador program to amplify reach.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on social media performance and recommend improvements.
- Use A/B testing and social media insights to optimize posting times, formats, and tone.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and course teams to promote events like SPC training, webinars, and certification launches.
- Support email marketing and lead gen efforts with social-first campaigns.
