🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2+ years of experience managing and scaling LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram accounts
✅ Advanced graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools) with a focus on conversion optimization
✅ Strong copywriting expertise—knows how to write sales-driven, viral, and engaging content that resonates
✅ Data & Analytics Mastery—understands insights, trends, and performance tracking to refine content strategies
✅ Deep knowledge of social media algorithms, hashtag strategies, and audience engagement techniques
✅ Ability to plan and execute campaigns that align with business goals, nurture leads, and boost brand visibility
✅ Familiarity with AI-driven tools, automation, and scheduling platforms (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or similar)
✅ Stays updated with the latest trends, viral content, and social media best practices
